I’ve spent my career helping teams make better product decisions.

Sometimes that has meant growing design organisations. Sometimes it’s been launching new products, improving existing ones, or helping companies navigate change. The common thread is curiosity; understanding people, simplifying complexity and turning good ideas into products that make a measurable difference.

Outside work, I’m happiest in the kitchen making the world’s best lasagna (it’s true) and now and again like to have a big adventure.
